Roger McKinley, research and innovation manager at FACT (Liverpool) presented Artplayer.tv, a "free-to-use, online, national video platform for the arts", that he has been developing at FACT. Roger described the workings of Artplayer.tv, the research behind its development and its possible future uses, which include site-specific interventions by art organisation all around the UK.
